What makes us different?

What Makes Us Different?

Our people and core values make us different.

First and foremost, ERNWest continually re-invests in itself by recruiting and retaining top quality staff. Without highly educated and experienced staff members the company would be unable to provide services with value beyond the exceptional refunds we help our clients earn. The staff members reduce the time and frustration of our clients through one-on-one assistance, training, knowledge, and experience. Most importantly the services we provide are practical and immediately useful.

Second, ERNWest staff use four core values to guide their activities: integrity, expertise, service, and results. It is through these principles that the company can build long-term business relationships with our clients.

Integrity ERNWest is known for helping our association and employer clients make decisions that are best for them. We do this because we know that giving the best advice now will build our business in the long run.

Expertise ERNWest’s diverse experience in managing nine group retro programs allows us to leverage the best practices and innovative management and apply them to other groups. ERNWest’s staff averages over 10 years of experience and is comprised of individuals who have assisted in starting 10 group retro programs, worked as State Fund and self insurance claims managers, and earned professional designations in insurance, risk management, safety, and claims management.

Service If you ask anyone at ERNWest what our "mantra" is they would answer, "customer service and refunds". ERNWest monitors our services levels by surveying associations, employers, and the retro committees we work with quarterly. Results show we put what we say into practice. Our average score is nine (9) out of a possible ten (10).

Results ERNWest managed retro groups have averaged a 32% refund while the average state refund is 17%. We are working hard to bring our average to more than double the state average.
