OSHA Recordkeeping and Reporting Rules 2017


Federal OSHA's changes to the Recordkeeping rules for 2017 now require certain employers to electronically submit their injury / illness records to a Federal OSHA website. While the OSHA Forms 300, 300A and 301 for recording work related injuries and illnesses haven't changed, the reporting procedures and processes have been modified to accommodate the required electronic reporting mode.
