HAZARD ALERT – GRIP members, we have seen an increase in slip-and-fall injuries on roofs, walkways and scaffolds due to wet and icy conditions. - Poorly positioned ladder
- Worker without fall protection
- Poor housekeeping which creates trip-and-fall hazards
