Claim Manager (Workers’ Compensation) | Washington State/Remote

ERNwest is looking for a Claim Manager to manage Washington State Fund workers’ compensation claims and partner closely with employers to drive better outcomes.

This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership, thinks strategically about claims, and knows how to influence outcomes with employers, providers, and L&I.

What you’ll do:

• Manage a caseload with a focus on resolution and cost control
• Drive return-to-work strategies with employer clients
• Analyze claims, investigate validity, and guide direction
• Communicate proactively—no surprises for clients
• Influence outcomes across medical and regulatory stakeholders

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of WA workers’ comp claims experience
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Compensation: $73,500 – $90,000 + full benefits (medical, dental, 401k match, PTO, and more)
